Three-Day Split Strength Workout

First of all, this was another personal record-making week in running for me!  I ran my farthest distance straight ever, 10 miles!  These long runs are really building up my self confidence, even more so than my endurance.

I decided to change up my strength training this week by splitting up the muscle groups.  Day 1 is chest, back, shoulders, and abs.  Day 2 is legs.  Day 3 is biceps, triceps, and abs.  This routine really complimented my running this week, aside from having to take the entire day following the "Leg day" off due to soreness.  Here are the workouts:
